Will toesocks feel strange at first?
A little and then never again. Most people forget they’re even wearing them after a few steps.
Are toesocks hard to put on?
Not really. Just slip each toe into place and pull them on like regular socks. You’ll get the hang of it in seconds.

What size am I?
Please check the size guide on each product page for details. There can be minimal sizing differences per sock due to differences in material composition.
What’s the difference between Running, Everyday and Walking socks?
Running – Made with Coolmax® performance yarns for ultimate cooling, breathability and moisture management. Keeps your feet dry and prevents blisters, even on long runs.
Everyday – A sporty all-rounder with added cotton for extra softness and comfort. Perfect for daily wear, commuting, and light workouts — with all the benefits of toe separation.
Walking – Built with merino wool for natural temperature regulation, odor resistance, and comfort. Extra cushioning and durability make these ideal for long walks, hikes, and outdoor adventures.
How do I put on toe socks?
It’s easy, but takes a moment the first time:
Start by gently inserting each toe into its own sleeve.Adjust the heel and pull the sock up evenly.Smooth out the fabric so it fits snug, without twisting.
How should I wash and dry my Swifto socks?
Machine wash cold (max 30ºC).
Do not tumble dry — instead, hang dry out of direct sunlight.
Do not bleach or iron - This way your socks will last longer and keep their performance fit.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We only accept returns on unworn, unwashed socks in their original packaging. The packaging should not be opened.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want another size or style, simply return your order for a refund and place a new one.
How do I start a return?
- Email us at info@swifto.com with your order number to register your return.
- We’ll send you the return instructions.
- Make sure items are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
- Pack the socks securely and include a note with your order number and your name.
Use a shipping method with tracking when sending your return.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please use a shipping method with tracking. Once received and checked, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense (unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect).
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we’ve received and checked your return.
Is there warranty on your products?
Yes. All our products are covered by legal warranty. This means you’re entitled to a refund if your socks arrive damaged or don’t meet reasonable expectations.
Refunds
When will I get my money back?
Once your return reaches our warehouse, we’ll process it within 1 to 10 business days. As soon as we've assessed it, your refund will be on its way. You’ll get your money back using the same payment method you used to place the order. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it might take up to 5 business days, but usually it’s a lot quicker.
How will I be refunded?
We’ll refund you via the original payment method. Gift card? We’ll issue you a fresh one. Credit card? Straight back to your account. You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as the refund is processed.
Shipping & Delivery
How much will shipping cost?
Orders above €30 ship for free within The Netherlands and Belgium.
Orders below €30 have a shipping fee of €3.95.For other EU countries, shipping fees are shown at checkout.
How long will it take to get my package?
Delivery time is 2–4 working days within the Netherlands.
For surrounding EU countries, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days.
Will I receive a notification or tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
My tracking shows ‘delivered’ but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
First, check with neighbors or your local pickup point. If it doesn’t show up within 2 days, contact us at info@swifto.com and we’ll sort it out.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the EU. If you’re outside the EU, send us a message at info@swifto.com and we’ll see what’s possible.
