What is your return policy?

We only accept returns on unworn, unwashed socks in their original packaging. The packaging should not be opened.We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want another size or style, simply return your order for a refund and place a new one.

How to start a return

  • Email us at info@swifto.com with your order number to register your return.

  • We’ll send you the return instructions.

  • Make sure items are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

  • Pack the socks securely and include a note with your order number and your name.

Use a shipping method with tracking when sending your return.

When will I get my money back?

Once your return reaches our warehouse, we’ll process it within 1 to 10 business days. As soon as we've assessed it, your refund will be on its way. You’ll get your money back using the same payment method you used to place the order. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it might take up to 5 business days, but usually it’s a lot quicker.

How will I be refunded?

We’ll refund you via the original payment method. Gift card? We’ll issue you a fresh one. Credit card? Straight back to your account. You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as the refund is processed.
