Swifto’s estimated delivery time and shipping fees vary by country. We aim to deliver all orders within 5 business days, but NL & BE usually arrive within 2–4 business days, and most EU countries within 3–7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Please always double-check your shipping address for mistakes. Extra shipping costs caused by an incorrect address will be at the customer’s own expense.

All orders are shipped with reliable courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace number so you can easily follow your package.

Please note

  • All orders are dispatched from the Netherlands.

  • Customers within the European Union will not be charged additional duties or import taxes.

  • Orders outside of the EU may be subject to local duties or taxes. Please check with your local customs office if in doubt.

  • Any additional transaction fees or bank charges are not the responsibility of Swifto.

  • Orders are dispatched on business days only (Monday–Friday). Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.

How much will shipping cost?

Orders above €30 ship for free within The Netherlands and Belgium. 

Orders below €30 have a shipping fee of €3.95.For other EU countries, shipping fees are shown at checkout.
How long will it take to get my package?

Delivery time is 2–4 working days within the Netherlands.

For surrounding EU countries, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days.
Will I receive a notification or tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
My tracking shows ‘delivered’ but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?

First, check with neighbors or your local pickup point. If it doesn’t show up within 2 days, contact us at info@swifto.com and we’ll sort it out.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the EU. If you’re outside the EU, send us a message at info@swifto.com and we’ll see what’s possible.
